Stuart Hean is a real estate investment and advisory professional with more than a decade of experience at the intersection of impact investing, community development, and commercial real estate finance. He has a track record of originating, underwriting, capitalizing, and closing complex transactions across a range of asset classes, with a focus on attainable and workforce housing. Across his career, Mr. Hean has worked as a Limited Partner and General Partner on the capitalization of more than $300 million in investments, spanning more than three million square feet of commercial real estate.
