Mr. Ferry is Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Ellavoz Impact Capital. Chris has over 35 years of experience in real estate development, management and marketing. He graduated Monmouth University with a B.A. in Political Science and received his M.A. in International Relations from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Mr. Ferry began his professional career as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lions Head Holding Corporation and was the principal sales associate for Orchard Crest, a 206-unit single family development in Wall Township, New Jersey. He later became Senior Vice President of the Corporation, responsible for all aspects of the building process.

Mr. Ferry was the co-founder and President of Platinum Title, a full-service agency. After 10 years of growth, Mr. Ferry successfully sold the business and has since invested in a number of startup companies in technology, health care and real estate. Mr. Ferry currently has ownership in a number of closely held commercial real estate companies in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Mr. Ferry’s professional experience includes early stage development, construction, and property management. In marketing, he has held a number of senior level positions with an emphasis on business development, digital marketing and branding. At Ellavoz, Mr. Ferry is also a liaison to strategic partnerships, focusing on co-marketing opportunities. Additionally, he is responsible for all aspects of investor relations, including the management of all communications and interactions between Ellavoz and its investors.

Locally, Mr. Ferry has volunteered and served on a number of Board positions, including a township housing stabilization control board and as an Executive Board member for Wall Soccer Club for over 15 years. He has coached youth soccer at various levels for over 20 years. He is currently serving on the Board of Trustees of Ocean Housing Alliance, Inc., a non-profit organization operating a 48-bed residential health care facility and low-income housing for special needs disabled individuals in Ocean County, New Jersey.
